Shipping policy

Our shipping policy outlines how we dispatch and deliver orders to our valued customers.

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, but please note we cannot guarantee dispatch after the cut-off time. Orders placed before 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail. Orders placed on Saturday before 10:30 AM will also be dispatched the same day, while any orders placed after that or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.

We offer express services for urgent orders, including next working day delivery. There are two shipping options available:

• Royal Mail 24: Delivery within 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
• Royal Mail Special Delivery: Next-day delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the chosen shipping method. Please note, we cannot refund shipping costs if delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
